9" x13" pan of your favorite frosted brownies or one dozen Kneaders' double Fudge Brownies
3 Cups Milk Chocolate Coins
1 Cup Dark Chocolate Coins
25-40 Wooden Skewers
1"-1.5" Ice Cream Scoop
Levelly scoop brownies in ice cream scoop and deposit onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Insert a skewer into each brownie mound.
Place cookie sheet in freezer for roughly five minutes to allow brownies to set
Seperately melt milk chocolate and dark chocolate. (remember to seed chocolate so it comes oud shiny)
Remove brownies from freezer and dip each one into milk chocolate until chocolate reaches skewer.
Return brownies to cookie sheet and place in refrigerator until completely set.

KNEADERS BAKERY AND CAFÉ NOW OPEN IN SPANISH FORK, UTAH
Spanish Fork, Utah--Kneaders Bakery and Café, a Utah-based restaurant franchise that specializes in serving gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads, pastries and European hearth breads baked daily in onsite hearthstone ovens, officially opened its newest location in Spanish Fork, Utah on Jan. 11, 2013. The restaurant is located at 531 E. 1000 N. and its hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The brand now consists of 22 operating locations including 19 in Utah, two in Yuma, Ariz. and one in Meridian, Idaho. Kneaders’ Utah locations include Provo, Orem, Lehi, Draper, Riverton, South Jordan, Jordan Landing, Fort Union, Bountiful, New Park, St. George, Layton, Logan, City Creek, Heber City, The Shops at Riverwoods, Ogden, Saratoga Springs and Spanish Fork.
The franchisees for Kneaders’ Spanish Fork location are Andrew and Shauna Smith. Ryan Duvall is the Smith’s operating/managing partner. Andrew Smith is Kneaders’ four-state development agent and a master franchisee. “We look forward to becoming part of the Spanish Fork community and are excited to provide the residents with the Kneaders dining experience,”’ says Smith.
